National Fund for Software and IT Industry, the Venture fund managed by SIDBI Venture Capital Ltd. has made its first investment in Aarvee Information Systems Pvt. Ltd. (AISPL). AISPL is an existing EOU based at Madurai, Tamil Nadu, engaged in the software development (on-shore and off-shore) primarily for the hospitality industry in Sri Lanka and Maldives. AISPL is one of the leading players in providing software solutions for the hospitality industry (holiday resorts, tour operators) with a number of installations in Maldives. The Company is promoted by a first generation entrepreneur Shri R. Vaidianathan, Chartered Accountant, who has over 20 years experience in business and finance.
